Title: Need Q Switch Installation Instructions

I'm looking for instructions for installing a 3-way Q switch.  It appears the pdf that was on the 2004 thread got lost in the shuffle when the site transferred to the new software.  I think I remembr how to do it, (it's been two years since I last did one), but I wouldn't want to screw it up.
