I have this orphaned module, though I don't know where it belongs. Can anyone help me identify it and possibly how to reconnect it to an Alembic system. There are 2 caps,2 resistors(under the pot),and the pot. It has 4 solder points that now has some wire connected. I have 5 sets of activators, though one I can't get to work, so I'm thinking it might be a part of that set. That set has had a cap removed, but there isn't a Q-switch in place. Here's a few pics.

Grateful for any guidance or clues.
Early bass module from an AE-3 system.
Thanks Mica,
I'm trying to figure out if I can use it in an instrument. I'm guessing since I don' have a set that has a treble filter only, that this must have come as case candy a while back.
Any good ideas of how to use it without the complimentary treble filter?
I can at least file it in the parts bin properly labeled.

The treble board is the one with the preamp, so it's gonna be pretty hard to use without its complement.
I see (I think),
I'll have to look closer at the AE set I have that isn't working.
Maybe what I thought was an AE-2 preamp board is an AE-3 preamp board
(they are different if I understand correctly).
