I noticed on the build record card my Further was originally fitted with Alembic strings. I really like them but can't find any mention of them on this site. Are they available?

Also, if I lowered the activators, what effect will this have on tone (they are as high as they'll go, so lowering is the only option).

Mark - I ordered Alembic strings by calling Alembic. Mary shipped them right out.
