I just got this bass and I am in love with it. When I bought it it was advertised as Birdseye Maple but the build history lists it as Flame Maple. Some flame, some birdseye and a whole lot of character. Not the fanciest piece of wood but a lot going on in it. I will get some close up pics once the sun comes out and I am more used to my new camera.
