Hello Mica,

I just bought an alembic bass, my first. The serial number is 87F4264. Any information on the build and specs would be very appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Robbie,

Sorry - this serial number isn't quite right. Can you please check it
again? Carefully evaluate the "F" and is it fretless?

Mica,

It is not a fretless, it looks like an F. It appears that the bass is a persuader/vector. I can't get the pictures to load here so i sent them in the email response that I sent you vis the help desk. I hope you can shed some light on it. Thanks for anything you can do.

Could it be this one? 5 & 8 can look like a 6 sometimes... 87F4254 (http://club.alembicguitars.net/index.php?topic=5890.msg65345#msg65345)

From the pictures you sent, I do believe Flip is correct!
