top: Walnut
accent: Maple
body: Mahogany
neck: 5-piece Maple with 4 Walnut pinstripes
fingerboard: Ebony
pickups: MXY56
controls: volume, pan, filter, Q-switch, bass cut/flat/boost switch, treble cut/flat/boost switch, mono output
birthday: October 2, 1997
originally made for: LA Bass Exchange, CA

There's no other record of previous owners or repairs in the file.
