No idea but it's not an Alembic and the logo on the scratchplate looks like it's been photoshopped rather than engraved into the plate.

The Pan company sent us a guitar about 30 years ago and asked us what we would do to improve it. We sent it back to them with a list of points to improve. Clearly, this was a Les Paul copy, panned by Alembic. ;D
