Interesting mutt on CL. Not sure what the Alembic connection is supposed to be.

I saw that one a couple of days ago. The "Alembic" connection is that the body is Stars Guitars. And the seller claims "Stars Guitars and Alembic folded into one another from what I understand." I emailed the seller that Alembic was, in fact, quite alive and well, including a link to Alembic.com.

Interesting chunk of history. I did not know Stars Guitars made bodies for instruments.
