OMG!!!!!!
Yeah, that looks like it should be added to your collection Jazzyvee!
Actually, it appears to be in Austria rather than Germany; and according to Google Translate, the offer includes a sightseeing tour of Vienna. :)

Awesome!
Bad Google Translate! It says you can inspect the wares on appointment. The asking price is surprisingly low.
Thanks Dave,
I changed the description to Austria !!

Yes I admit I have a thing for Elan basses, and if you think it should be in my collection I'm happy for you to acquire it and have it shipped to me. ;-)
Seriously though if I put my sensible hat on, I would have to think what I'd add to my sonic collection from buying this.
I now prefer two filter alembics and I already have two basses with the same control configuration this bass has and those are the ones I play least. However the neck pickup position right up against the truss rod plate is the big attraction for me. I have a series I with the pickup in that position and the bottom end comes across as being more dense and up front than my other basses.
I think whoever buys it is going to have a great time. If not and the price comes down from what already is a good price..... who knows... ;-)
I Really like that fireburst finish. Wow. 8)
Yes, "Fireburst" !!!
Guess I was thinking Rickenbacker, they always referred to this kind of finish as Fire-Glow !
