 I don't intend to offend anyone at all however I believe that there must have been a better way to remove these electronics  .  Thanks for posting this :) .

"The shafts in two of the pots have been pulled free"

Most likely happened when the control knobs were taken off incorrectly.

Those aren't even collet knobs we've used. Obviously the pots will have to be replaced.
