Here is a fine specimen and example of the machine model that was modified by Mr. Ron Wickersham and taken on the Europe 72  Grateful Dead Tour . The rest is history.

Not as much as shipping to Seattle ;)...something I briefly thought about.

It is a piece of history.  
 
And thanks for the link to the Alembic history page... a great read, which reminded me of the Dead/Hot Tuna concerts I went to in NYC back in the 70s. I caught Jefferson Airplane's final gig in central park, too!
