I'd love to have this bass....unfortunately it's priced like a Series, not a Distillate. Too bad there's not a Make Offer option...
Yes I agree. Perhaps if you contacted the seller ,eBay permitting, he could insert such a change in his listing,
Looks like it has inlayed initials @ 23th fret, H T ?
I remember this coming-up for sale a couple of years ago. It was the same Item Location, so I assume the same owner.
I'm going to buy this bass and send it home to fit for a ten string (courses, of horses). My favorite Alembic body style ever, what a beauty.
Can I borrow some cash? Anyone?

I emailed the seller to inquire about adding a Make Offer option, but it appears that the price will stay firm at 4.5K.
Oh well. it didn't hurt asking. Perhaps if it does not sell he will make an adjustment in a re-listing .
Ah man...
That bass would be perfect. It even has my parent's initials on it!
What is a usual going price on something like that? Pardon my ignorance, but I've never looked to deeply into buying anything other than a series I or II, so the other styles and electronics are kind of unknowns as far as pricing.
