The eBay listing has ended, but it's still on Reverb:

The eBay listing says it's been converted to mono, which is not mentioned in the Reverb listing.

The ad doesn't mention the serial number, but it looks a lot like this one:

I think this one has been up for sale a few times in recent years. The Low End bass Shop posted one like it, then a person on Long Island posted a similar bass.  I think the recent Reverb post is by J9 here at the the Alembic Club.  Nice looking bass.
