Welcome to the club.  Very unusual and striking top on your bass.  It almost looks like a seismograph reading as your bass shakes the world!   Stick around and you'll find the folks around here are a VERY knowledgeable and friendly group.  Play her in good health.

Thanks dude. People here are indeed very nice, startin to feel at home already.  
 
I brought my bass to a shop once, and some guy thought i drew those lines myself! And for those who don't already know, its Spalted Maple.

Oh man, how could I miss that!  The one in the pic was a SWR 8X10 CAbinet, but not sure about the head. I don't own any amp
