I missed the 710 signed bookplates offered at the Dead's store, but I didn't pay $35 + S&H for the book either.
FWIW, I also got Lesh's book for $17.28 delivered from Amazon. I also didn't get the book plate nor did I get Phil's autograph, but I didn't pay full boat either.
