WOW!!  Great photos.  You got up close and personal with the gear.  I've never seen such good photos of his rack setup.  Looks like you had a blast.

Power outs for two Series basses?

You can listen to the last video. The first F1-x is customized to have the DS5-R inside and after I dont understand the output from the first F1-X to the second.....I could took pictures of the back side of the rack.

I believe the swallowtail inlays are the result of a bass that they were building custom for another club member (keith?)- however, something about the bass (neck taper?)  wasn't correct, so they restarted another bass for keith and then took this bass and customized the neck to Stanley's personal neck preference.  
 
There is a thread somewhere on the forum where I asked and the question was answered.   Will try to find the link for that.

Some guesswork here, but the top F-1X has the two power outs. Then there's a jumper cable from jack #2 on the top one, to #1 on the bottom one - so that's probably how the bottom F-1X gets its signal.
 
Assuming he's running the pickups into separate channels, there could be internal wiring to route one pickup signal to jack #2 (though I would hazard a guess that you can always run a jumper cable from the second jack, like on a two-channel Marshall head).
 
The switch just above jack #2 could select the instrument input, or the pickup to be routed to the other F-1X.

Ahhh... I didn't see that that cord was a jumper,  
 
  So instead of using the high/low outs on the back he is using 2 F-!X's , one for highs,one for lows...with a tone stack available for each.
I see the crossovers for this show are opened up to allow more  frequencies that wouldn't be available when using one F-1X and it's crossover.
 
I see the mark on the lower units crossover is about where I place mine when using two cabs.
(my recent experience playing with leslies and x-over frequencies has taught me sometimes a little overlap can add warmth...but that's with a guitar and a situation when comb-filtering is the main goal).
 Your  assumption about jack 2 makes sense, otherwise it would start as a summed mono signal then split for amplification...and I can't imagine Stanley not using discrete pathways for each pickup.

Sorry but I really dont understand what you have understood elwood... If I remember my vision of the back, It seems that Stan used the mono output but I'm not sure.... well next time I take pictures of ALL, include the mosquito on the top of the rack.
What the video said about the SVT use ? the SVT2 is for the upright no ?
