As beautiful as that is, the fretboard is still my favourite part of this bass.

Man, I cannot wait to see this finished.

Everyday this one inches closer to completion:

Bridge on!

This bass is so cool that when the full picture of the finished bass arrives, all of our monitor screens will explode...

Wow! Good work Mica. Doesn't this have the look of elegance? Quite deadly on the visual plane I would say. Can we get a picture of the 5 pin jack? It's hide-and-go-seek is given back six picture posts. I don't believe I've ever seen one mounted there.
        Thank you. ~David

This bass is giving me bad pains of need.

The hammer finish on the bridge and tailpiece looks stunning.

I agree, the hammer finish is great. This bass is going to be incredible.

More or less finished:

Actually, everything's done, but we are waiting for the new octave string for the C. For the 36 scale, there's too much tension on it - Le Yipe!

As soon as the new strings are here, will get them on this bass and get this bass to you.

You asked about the weight - I got about 14 pounds. So it's not the heaviest one we've ever made, but it's certainly no featherweight.

Wow!!! I didn't know that this bass has 36 scale until now. The sound should be realy monstrous!
