Sorry, but this is a bit of a letdown. There's a file for bass 5041, but there is not one shred of anything in it. I'm marking this thread with a (u) so that it reminds me to seek out additional details in the future.  
 
If you've got some photos of the bass, I'll be happy to make some educated guesses about material for you.

Yay, some details from pictures I can confirm:
 
top: 3A Quilted Maple
body: Mahogany
neck: 3-piece Maple
scale: 32 medium
fingerboard: Ebony with pearloid (plastic) inlays
 
So that's something I could add to the file!
