Is there anywhere a wiring schematic is posted for an 81 or so Distillate? Once upon a time, in my bass's past, some genius(other than me) hardwired the pickups to the preamp board. After I correct this I want to check to make sure no other modifications have been made. Thanks.

Perhaps one of the other Distillate owners can take pictures of the control cavity for you.

I believe that the p/up's are suppose to be wired to the pre board. You might want to talk to Mica about this as I spoke to her about my Distillate electronics not working properly & she was very knowledgeable & helpful. She had even informed me of an upgrade to Distillate electronics that filters out unwanted R.F. I think it is about $150.00 clams. Call & check it out.
