Anyone else here order a T shirt from Alembic? I was just wondering if you'd received a confirmation of your order yet?

Graeme, thanks for reminding me.  I only noticed the T Shirt post from Mica the other day and have been intending to place an order.  I just get busy and forget.

I sent an order in last week for myself and Mike Pisanek but I've not had a confirmation mail asking for my card details yet. I suspect they're really busy dealing with the pre-christmas-price-increase rush.

Yeah, no doubt they are swamped.  I do need to get my order in before the year end to take advantage of the club member discount.

I called in the second day the notice was up and ordered 1 sweatshirt, a hoodie,  and 3 Ts. The only hassle was waiting for 10 am Pacific time to roll around

Yes! I sent an email within a day of Mica's posting and she called me last Thursday night (12/16/05) to confirm my order and get my credit card #. They should be shipping shortly.

The screenprinter requested that I pick up the shirts on Tuesday (originally they were to be shipped on Friday, here on Monday). He's been very busy and spent the whole weekend printing our shirts. I drove over to his shop yesterday and returned in the late afternoon with the goods!  
 
Mary was taking care of the invoicing and I started the packing. I shipped a few out that I haven't gathered the payment details for yet, but since those individuals are known quantities I'm not worried. Today, Mary and I will be packing up the rest of the preorders.
 
If I haven't contacted you by Friday with a confirmation, please call or email.  
 
Sadly, the messenger bags were too difficult to print with multi-color, so if you got in on the special, you'll have to wait a little while while the embroidered version is digitized (it will be one-color).  
 
Mom also surprised me with a gross of Alembic logo coffee mugs! I'll take a snapshot and post details about them by tomorrow. Now, I'm off to the shipping room.

The photos are almost good enough to print in a calendar. Maybe for 2007!
