Nope, that was in 5:15 from Quadrophenia. The solo started as some bubbly little runs on their '89 tour (with the Warwick Buzzard) and turned into a full-fledged solo when they took Quad on the road as a nearly rock theater performance in '96-'97. They played it in every show after that (I think the only exceptions were the Concert for New York, which was the last Who show Entwistle ever played, and 2 unplugged/acoustic benefit gigs in '99), and the solo got longer and more complex over time. That vid showed the solo pretty much at its peak - they only played a few more shows after that, and I don't think he added to it.
 
He also played a big solo with The John Entwistle Band during Shakin' All Over from '96-'02, bits of which borrowed from the 5:15 solo. This sometimes was done as a bass-drums duel with Steve Luongo.
 
The longest solos he ever played onstage with his Alembics (to the best of my knowledge) were at the end of The Who's Dreaming from the Waist, which got limited stage time from '75 through '79. He played it almost like on the album (Who by Numbers) with his Series 1 in '75-'76 (with Moonie on drums), but he developed it extensively on his Spyder in '79 (with Kenney Jones drumming, he had more room to stretch out).

Michael Hampton on Maggot Brain was unbelievable! I'm not familar with most of PF's music. This was like a cross between Hendrix and Kitaro.

1. Here's Entwistle on his Alembic Spyder, playing Won't Get Fooled Again live with The Who in 1978 at Shepperton Film Studios. This is taken from The Kids Are Alright DVD - it's just the camera that focused on John throughout, and most of the sound is just his bass (there was a separate camera trained on each of them, and the finished film had all 4 edited together). This was the last performance Keith Moon did with them - he died about 3 months later. Alembic should buy the rights to this and use it as a commercial!  ;-)

2. Here's an amateur vid of the John Entwistle Band performing Horror Rock live. This was the theme song for a kids' TV show called Vanpires, for which the JEB did the entire soundtrack (which is available on CD - Music from Vanpires). John's playing a Status Buzzard. I'm not sure what year this was, but it was sometime relatively close to his death in 2002. The camera focuses on the keyboardist for a while at the beginning, but it's on John most of the time. Steve Luongo on drums, Godfrey Townsend (no relation) on guitar, not sure who the keyboardist is here.

ABSOLUTELY the greatest few moments of rock on film is that spot in The Kids Are Alright when they come back in on that big punch after the second synth exposition in 'Won't Get Fooled Again': Daltrey's scream and jumpslide towards the camera, Pete's windmill to the one, just slays me every time I see it.

By the way, there's a TON of great footage on www.youtube.com. Its download and buffering capabilities are slower than Google Video, but there's a LOT more material there. I've found some great vids of The Who/Entwistle, Sheehan, Wooten, Rush, Squire, etc. there, and I've only invested a couple of hours so far. I'm sure there are many common and rare vids of great bassists and groups from across the musical spectrum there - just search and you shall find. There are also lots of amateurs, covers, soloists, etc. of all levels - it was nice to see a good high school band covering Freebird, another doing YYZ, and even 4 guys goofing around with air guitars and drums to a KISS song.
