Maple body 5-srting elan on revverb

nice maple body elan.  i've got a special fondness for these basses - put a set of roto rounds on one and you'll saturate the area with that ox-like alembic roar without breaking the bank.  if yer so inclined, that is.  considering the market these days not a bad price.  imho  ymmv.  good luck to all!

That sure looks like the one I briefly owned, right down to the neck pickup position (1/2'' closer to the bridge per Mica). I sold it to a guy in Florida for $3500 about 3 1/2 years ago. Now it's in California. Excellent bass. I would recommend this to any 5 string player.

Your sound reference is bang on point, i have an all maple europa 5 which is basically an elan build with an europa body, so lots of maple and it does get that thick bright Ox like tone with the filters wide open.
