Mica, Two questions. What can you tell me about my bass? I'm enclosing a picture. Serial # is 81D1996USA. I purchased it at Indianapolis Guitar center in January 2003. Plays and sounds great. I also have ordered a buckey burl custom fretless in progress now. How do I get info on it's progress.

body: Mahogany
neck: Maple and Purpleheart 32 medium scale
fingerboard: Ebony with Mother of Pearl oval inlays
birthday: December 22, 1981
 
original owner / store  was not  recorded. The Small Standard body shape is not typical for Distillate models.  
 

As far as the new bass (congratulations!), I'll get some update shots for you when I do next week's rounds.
