This is a real nice looking and amazing sounding Epic 5 with a flame maple top.  It is very clean.  There are various bumps and bruises but the two "major" issues are (1) the top is worn under the 5th string, and (2) there is discoloration on the back of the neck - the finish is still intact and you cannot feel anything out of the ordinary.  Comes with gig bag.
