Howard Hesseman, who played one of my all-time favorite DJs, Dr. Johnny Fever, on WKRP in Cincinnati, has passed at 81.    Fever was as cool was it gets.

From The Committee to John From Cincinnati and beyond, a mighty talent (great enough that we'll forgive him Head Of The Class; who amongst us hasn't taken crappy gigs?).

Aww maaan, that's a bummer. I loved that show. I have a really hard time memorizing lyrics, but I'm still got the WKRP theme song memorized.
