Kindly advice how to check the history of my guitar Serial no - 96W10388 USA

Hi Dhammika. Welcome to the club.  If you look under 'Owning an Alembic' there's a section for serial number / history requests.  Post your serial number in there and sooner or later Mica will get back to you.

If you post some pictures and the serial number on the above linked page there are some rather keen eyes here that can tell you a lot about your instrument.  As Graeme also mentioned the look up feature takes some focused time for Mica and can take awhile.

If you want a new set of Alembic branded tuning keys your best bet is to call Alembic. Either Mica or Mary can let you know about availability and price. They answer calls between approximately 11 AM PST and 4 PM PST. Here is a link to the page with contact info..

Remember that Alembic is a small family run company where everyone is really busy, they do not have a dedicated phone rep, you may have to try more than once. Generally calling is a quicker way to connect than email but you could certainly send an email query, too.
