Rusty Young, founding member of Poco, has passed.   I always thought Poco was one of those gems of a band that was under-appreciated.

That's too bad... I actually have a Melobar like he used and was inspired to get it after seeing a picture of him playing one.

The original lineup was a good band, and so was the classic lineup, and everything in between.  Was recently thinking of copying a few favorites off my CD's for the car.  Would be good to listen again.

I wonder if Alembic would ever make a slide guitar of some kind.
