That is a good deal if everything works.  I purchased an Aria Pro-II with an Alembic PB pickup, delivered price was about $125.  I neglected to inquire if the circuit board was included, it was not.  I ended up obtaining a preamp and putting everything into a Squire P bass, and spending over $600.00.

The description says the filter works, but is free-spinning and that the seller checked with Alembic and was told it was a $50 part.  (Of course I would verify this with Mica before pulling the trigger if I were in the market).

Those pots often have their internal plastic stop tab break off but still can work fine.
