Very interesting and moving article about Chuck Panozzo recovering his Alembic

The story is frustratingly vague, though. Doesn't say whether the basses were stolen or sold. Also doesn't say if they were purchased or recovered when found. And it doesn't say if they are returned to his possession, or that he was simply given the opportunity to play them one more time.

Good Point! May be those points were left blank on purpose...
With stolen instruments or sales a lot of people choose to remain private.
But yes I agree the story is nice but incomplete...
