That's me too... support musician, even with Harwell-Grice Band I'm positioned in back, where the camera's eye seldom catches me. Which is fine... I do wish my basses made it into a few action pictures though.  ;D

I'm not gigging at the moment so heres a picture of my lad with my bass a couple of weeks ago at the Buckle and Boots festival.

Cool picture, I hope to get to one of George's gigs one day.
The sound of Alembic is medicine for the soul!

This was brought up in a different thread... here is the infamous Pull My Finger group at The Globe.

The zebrawood on the Distillate clashes with the horizontal stripes on my shirt... What was I thinking?   ???  :D

Zut8083

The zebrawood top and neck lams in the distillate blend into your shirt really well, like camouflage.  It's a cool effect!

Thanks guys, I actually remember that time of the show.

It was the first song, Have You Been to the Mountain? an ode to Martin Luther King Jr. written by our guitarist, started soft and slow and then really drives hard - obligatory hair waving moment when it kicks into gear!

The hair ain't so long these days and sadly that song hasn't been played in a long time.

I played a wicked festival in Rochdale, UK, on the weekend just gone with a girl called, Emily Faye!
I hope you like the picture!

Thanks guys!

Great picture! Nice to see "Direwolf" getting a workout.  :)

Nice, geepee, looks like you've been having fun playing some cool festivals this summer!

here is one that my keyboard player took of me :)

The bass player's function, along with the drums, is to be the engine that drives the car... everything else is merely colours.
