Alembic calls these "The Swiss Army Knife of Tone". Incredible variety of tones are in this box! Useful for bass, guitar, and other things.
Included is a short patch cable so you can chain the two channels together, and the wall wart.
I don't think the wall wart is original, but it works fine.

If you want/need subtle to extreme variations in tone this is what you need.

It also comes in extremely handy when your playing a room or an outdoor venue that acoustically does weird things to your tone. I use it so much for that reason that at least to me, the "SF" stands for "sonic fixer."
