I have searched and read some suggestions. But I ended up a little more confused....I will be using the Sf-2 mono....I want to be able to have the sf-2 in the system when the sound man runs from the direct out of the F-1x.  Sf-2 into F-1x to the power amp?

Put the SF-2 on the effects loop of the F-1X.      F-1X Effects send into SF-2 mono input. SF-2 mono output into F-1X effects return

So I would run the  F-1x to Ch A/in on the Sf-2 and then out from Ch B/out back to F-1x return. Plugging the bass directly into the
F-1x ?

Just watch your gains! Keep the levels really low while you are experimenting.
