Bushmills eh Sam??
Rates very highly on the George scale as well!!
Am I betraying my Scottish way of life??

Yes you are george. You should be drinking a nice Islay malt like Laphroag.
Interestingly, on a climbing trip a couple of winters back we met a group on the Bauchaille etive Mor celebrating their final Munro with a bottle of Jamesons! Sacrilege!!!

I think I am going to try this recipe.  I am having trouble with step number 12 though. I'll substitue something there.  Sounds like fun!

jacko

substitue?  Too much of step 2 micheal;-)

Must confess!
I DO prefer the old Islay malts for that unique peaty flavour.
A 16 year old Laphroaig is pure nectar, as is Lagavulin.

After you get the stove in the dishwasher, be sure when you're on the way to your in-laws, don't wait at the Stop Sign for it to turn green . . . dead giveaway you've been baking cookies again!

Joey,

Waiting for the stop sign to turn green is a sign of impairment, but not generally associated with alcohol.

Not to put a damper on anyone's holiday cheer, but if you are intoxicated, please don't drive.  And that means more than alcohol.
