At 19 year old, I picked up my first Alembic Series I.

Now, in 3 days I'm 45 and I still have the best bass in the world.

Now, I can go to Heaven on this, because its the truth. But when it's over, I will leave it all behind... bass and all.

I had to wait until I was 40 but I eventually got one.

So... happy early B-day, Hal.

I was 48 before I got my first Alembic.

Congratulations, Hal! I turned 40 this yr and I just made the arrangements to buy Edwin's bass. I have 2 essence's but I had to wait till now to get a series bass. I am a proud pappy. We are all blessed.

i turned 48 today and have had my first Alembic for one year.(47th B-day present). still can't believe it's mine. Play it almost everyday..John ..  Happy Birthday Hal! Enjoy your day!!

John, that's when you know you have something special... Around here, people think I am crazy, but I played everything now... My Alembic feels like my favorite leather jacket, my hush-puppies shoes, my motorcycle, my favorite pen and pencils, my favorite food, beverage... each of these things I think of everyday... besides other things which my wife only understands

Happy B Day to you, my friend my Alembic Brother John!
