I was thinking of Master of Puppets-era metal, where you've got harmonized guitars kind of imitating a string quartet...I was so happy with it that I listened to it until my brain fell out.  
 
Other than that it's a sort of art-metal. The singer is named NinjaMama Lickum, who I think is sort of a combination between Diamanda Galas and the singing mini-twins from the Mothra movies. She was really great, though she had to sing about three feet back from the mic to keep my speakers from exploding.

For some reason, I envision a human sacrifice going on while this music is playing in the background.
