Elwood - Got your email, thank you.    I've been to the Upstage a couple of times, once to check out their open mike and once to grab a bite and listen to a jazz band.  Nice venue.  Thanks for the memory jog, I had forgotten about it.  Time for a promo package.  Solo Bassist Kimberly Lynn etc, etc, blah, blah and blah.  
 
Bradley - Good to hear from you and looking forward to meeting again under what I would like to think better circumstance, as in having power.  
 
  Gonna be fun.  I don't think my new bass will be here in time, but that's okay.  I still have my Sweetie.
