Hallo to all. Does anyone knows if everything OK with the alembic team (sales)? I'll try to contact with them and I have no answer. I hope this is only because of the lot of work that they have.

As Mica alluded to in another thread, she has been out of the office for most of the week, as has been the case for others in the office as well.  Mica stated that she hopes to be in the office this coming Monday through Wednesday.  Thursday is a major holiday in the US, and the shop will be closed for a long holiday weekend.  So my guess would be that your best bet would be to call Mica Monday around midday Pacific time.
