Jack Cassidy playing with Hot Tuna.  A couple of good shots of the inlay and the control layout.  This is definitely worth watching just to see this bass!

the original band name was better..but the record company didn't go for it

That was great.  And the other clips on youtube, too - hesitation blues, mann's fate - what a blast!
