Happy Birthday Terry ,   I too am pursuing a youthful existence ! I can really relate to what you wrote ___

On my 58th I realized that it can feel like 14 again if I concentrate on it . With the  acquired wisdom that you have gained and your fresh outlook on life and the healthy activities that you are engaging, your next 57 for you can be a walk in the park so to speak. All the hard lessons of life have mastered your persona for you to be in control of your own destiny at this point . I hope that you enjoy your Birthday today with all of this in mind if that sound good to you.

Excellent - may you enjoy many more.

Plus - your beautiful Alembic will thank you for keeping in shape!

And, music made with a good friend is the best gift of all.

Happy Birthday Terry.
If you plan on having a mid-life crisis next year you will live to 116!
All the best for the coming year.

Anybody riding a Fireblade, playing an Alembic, and having karate sessions three times a week . . . obviously ain't slowing down much.  I turned 59 a few months back, and that sounds like you're WAY too busy !

Happy Birthday, Terry.

Cheers Joey...I guess not but apparently it has been proven that people who retire and don't do anything except become couch potatoes, their health deteriorates rapidly.
Overall, all the members of this club seem to be active in a multitude of interests and we are all that 'certain' age group. Well done to all of us I say

Happy birthday Terry!
Good for you to keep fit; I'm getting back into cycling regularly again(I used to race MTN bikes and be a bike courier WAY back when) so I used to be a hero of health with a 48 heart rate...not so much now and 25 lbs. heavier too...I'm still quite active, but sadly I'll never feel like 14 again as I've broken too many bones since then and torn up my knees and ankle, so running is not a good idea; thankfully cycling is still good and I'm trying to get my trail skills back...Tony
