Yeah, baby! This explains why it took so long for me to sell mine, poor marketing on my part!

If you could only hear the truly rude (and UN-publishable in this wonderful forum) remarks running thru my mind .  .  .

Hey Joey...thought all you guys in the USA had freedom of speech LOL

bigredbass

Terry, we do.  Fortunately, I'm elder enough to realize that despite the fabulously filthy responses I had to that ad, if I wouldn't say them in front of Mica or Susan ( . . . now if you and I were off having a pint in a gentleman's pub . . . ), I am respectfully NOT saying them in their graciously-provided forum.

Maybe he sells used cars, or else this was the sales job when he bought the bass and he's passing it on...Tony

A little off topic, but freedom of speech only applies to instances of government suppression. This forum is the property of the good folks at Alembic, so they get to censor as they see fit. Luckily, it doesn't seem like they have to!

As far as the listing goes, marketing or distraction? Either way, too much to pay for that bass in my view.

I?d rather spend that amount on an Alembic, too...
