I am interested in buying an Alembic Series I or Series II (Standard Point with a cocobolo top and back, right handed and 4 string, 32 or 34 only) or Alembic Mark King Deluxe (Standard Point with a cocobolo top and back, right handed and 4 string, 32 or 34 only) with Series I or Series II electronics. The bass should be clean without any issues (no repairs and/or modifications).

This might be cocobolo, but it is certainly one of those lovely tropical hardwoods. 34 scale, original case and power supply. Killer in every respect. Previously owned by Rory Lane. Willing to sell.

I think that's Koa... definitely not Cocobolo.  I bought Rory's other Series I, but recently sold it.

Me thinks you are correct. Koa it is. I guess it is not your thing at the moment, but thanks for the communication.

Thanks for contacting me, but I'd rather wait for someone offering a Series I or II with a cocobolo top and back. It's a very nice bass you have though!
