Thanks ; for the good words from every one that posted on this thread. the five string is becoming comfortable and second nature  in my hands.  I'm using it during gigs more and more as I find where it fits in. the 32scale and narrow string spaceing is working good for how I'm useing it.In the future I will be looking for an eight string , but two alembics in as meny monhts will do for a wile Be talking else where. thanks again.    Ray
