Yeah, I guess I would have more of an emotional reaction myself if I saw my own personal instrument listed for sale.  We definitely need some explanation, and I agree that if this is in fact a scam, that the seller should be banished to the fires of Hades.

sure...and here's a picture of me playing it last week at the local pub...the grateful dead sticker has been removed with paint thinner to preserve the value....
