Hi Guys, I finally found an awesome 4001 that Im picking up next week so this one needs to go. Its a short scale Ric 3000, not many of these around. Heres the basics, I took this from 'Rickresource.com

3000
This bass was originally designed as a low-priced, economical, student model. Features: Short scale (30), single high-gain hum-canceling pickup, 21 frets, 2 controls knobs (volume and tone), unlaquered fingerboard. Available in natural satin maple and Colorglo finishes
1971 - First version was introduced and abruptly discontinued because the original prototype was unsatisfactory
1975 - Second version an improved model was reintroduced with a different bridge, electronics and pickguard.
1984 - Discontinued

heres the serial
PC 2046
Your guitar was manufactured in March of 1976

The bass has a few bruises but nothing major she plays and sounds teriffic! a bit deeper sounding than a standard Ric. This comes with the OHSC.

Not looking for trades on this one I need to pay for my 4001.
$900 shipped (OBO) to the lower 48 only Paypal/Money order/Personal checks
Thanks for looking.

Mod Dave: If you see this.... Please fix the title for me, I accidentially spelled Rickenbacker incorrectly.
Thanks!

Would you send to UK - I realise it will cost $100 or more but I am desperate to get hold of a Ricky 3000. I have a PayPal account. Cheers Clarky
