Well, I've decided to down grade my collection a little.   Although I really like my Elan,  I don't feel I'm to the level in my playing that justifies my fretless Elan.  So I'm going to sell her.  I'd rather keep her local, but will ship at cost.  Here's my local CL ad.  I priced it a little high to allow for wiggle room.  There is nothing wrong with her, just me.  I have thought about getting frets installed but there are LEDs at the octave and the dots would be at the frets.  And it would not be cheap.  Let me know if you are interested.
I have bought and sold a few things through the Forum and can provide references.

Well, things have changed.   I'm wanting to keep my fretless Elan.  I've played it several times since listing her.   Moderators, delete or change title.

A wise decision I'm sure.

Might still be open to trades +/- cash.   Shoot me a pm or email if interested.

After some soul searching, i.e., seeing videos of real fretless players, I want to sell my Elan.  Moderators change the title, again.

Wish I wasn't unemployed right now . . . .  that's a very fair price.

If I had the time to learn fretless and it was this side of the pond , my bank account would be scared.  It would be a great pairing with my purple ?lan 4 bass.

After talking to Groovelines (Michael) and Sonofalembic (Trevor), I'm keeping her.  Sorry to retract again.

BTW, played her 1/2 hour last night and had a blast.  I guess I had watched Jaco play with Joni too many times, and realized I'm not so hot.

I'm sure you are making the right decision. It's a big step to sell an alembic.
