OK..I'm bumpin this fine 5 String LEFTY MArk King Signature Standard to the top.  I'm gonna put my 5 String beauty on EbAY this week if I don't get any hits this time round on our site here.
I'll lower the price to $4000 plus shipping here, but on EBAY it'll be higher so don't hesitate.  I prefer a member buys it as they know what it means to own one of these basses.
