I've seen this band.  The singer/songwriter is very good.  The style is roots/americana.  The guitar player was pretty good with lots of nice licks, but Art tells me they have a new guitar player since I saw them a month or so ago.  When I saw them, they were running everything through a PA that just wasn't up to the task.  However, Art's Hyak came through nice and clear and clean.  I haven't been to the Rocket Club yet, it's fairly new, but Art tells me they have a really nice sound system there.  I have a meeting Thursday night, but I'm hoping it lets out in time to swing by and catch a few tunes.

Thanks for the review Dave.  I haven't been there yet either only word of mouth and specs at their technical page about the sound system.  Not sure what I'm playing this week but either way I will most likely get a line out connection to that system (especially with a low powered rig in the size of this club).

We shared the bill and brought in Jonathan Ammons and the Electric Ghost Collective for a set.
