Yes - you need to add the image tag to the beginning:  
 
[size=0]`image{Text description}[/size]  
 
You can't add pictures when you edit a post, so you'll have to add a new message to get the pictures uploaded.  
 
If you want, you can read the more elaborate instructions for posting pictures.
