This Saturday, my band Stonetrout will be playing our first gig with an actual live audience since the pandemic started! We'll be at the Art House Gallery & Cultural Center in Berkeley helping the owner celebrate his 78th birthday (he's not really 100 ... false advertising ... hehehehe). Admission is free with donations accepted. People bring food to share for a fun pot luck, though it's not required. The place is a real slice-o-life right out of 1960s Berkeley, complete with black light posters, lava lamps, People's Park photos (the owner, Harold, was a hippie photographer back in the day). And, for us youth-challenged folks, the gig is from 7-10:00. No load-outs at 2:00 a.m.! All of my Alembic brethren in the area are welcome.
Bill, tgo
Break a string for me!
I wish I were there.
Have fun!
Cool, have fun and turn it up! :)
