OOh!  I'd forgotten about seeing Trip Wamsley!  He was doing a small Bass Guitar symposium at the Atlanta Bass Gallery (back when it existed...) and he was blowing my mind with 2 Alembics, both 5-ers as I recall. One fretless, and the other fretted.
I used to think I was indecisive, but now I'm not so sure.
